Return & Exchange Policy

At Marjann, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. While we strive for perfection with every order, we do not offer cash refunds once an order is placed.

• Faulty Items: If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect or quality discrepancy, please notify our team within 7 days of delivery. Our Quality Assurance team will review the claim and issue an Exchange or Store Credit for future purchases where applicable.

• Unstitched Articles: Unstitched suites are eligible for exchange only in cases of major fabric or embroidery defects.

• Processing & Timelines: Approved credit vouchers and exchange requests are processed within 14 business days. Store credits apply exclusively to online orders at marjann.com.

• Alterations: Requests for size adjustments on stitched items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Non-Eligible Items: Sale items, custom-made pieces, and ready-to-ship outfits are final sale and non-eligible for exchange or return. Disliking a fabric color or design choice does not qualify for an exchange.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for online store credit only.
