• Sizing & Details: Each item is hand-curated. A minor measurement variance of 0.5 to 1 inch is within standard industry tolerance and is not considered a defect. Accessories, trims, or extra embellishments shown in campaign shoots are for presentation unless explicitly stated in the product description.

• Color Variations: Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings. We are not liable for fabric bleeding or color fading resulting from domestic washing methods; dry cleaning is strictly recommended for all embroidered wear.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): In accordance with courier regulations, COD packages cannot be opened or inspected prior to payment.

• Order Rights: Marjann reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unverified payment authorizations.
